I believe that Hewitt will only take measures to improve engagement if there is proven evidence that low engagement effects the bottem line. |

Not if they can find bigger savings else where,ie more cuts, Hewitt can still save money by outsouring work like supporting services, in house IT. Until the the engagement save more money then be damn to engagement.
