Dude did you drink 2 cups of kool aid? And was it laced with PCP? Man I can't believe people still come and defend this company?
Oh and maybe HEW is better than Mercer but don't ever say it is like most companies. I left HA early last year and my company blows HA away. HEW may have been an ok company to work for but dude come on it is a disaster. Anyone who admits to liking to work 60 hours a week for crappy pay and now crappy benefits is someone who doesen't have a clue.
Just amazes me that people still say what a great place HA is. To me that is just a lazy person who is afraid to go and find work elsewhere. Good luck to you man... I really feel bad for you.

I am not management, I get paid quite well, I like what I do (development) and I work on average 40-50 hours a week, rarely more.
I am not saying every job here is rosy, or that the latest trends have been encouraging, but not every job is as crappy as you state.
So you got overworked, underpaid, so you quit and now you are happier. Bully for you. Now move on already.
