So, anyone hear what the most recent engagement scores were? I know they were not presented in the last infoshares because "they were not ready yet." Just curious if they've gotten around to releasing them yet. |

I believe that Hewitt will only take measures to improve engagement if there is proven evidence that low engagement effects the bottem line.
