India's quality is better than we started out when we first started doing TBA implementations in 1998. Our quality siucks to this day on certain clients like Honey hell.
The Indians will be up to speed pretty soon. Granted they are not there quality wise right now but iys all due to the learning curve. These employees in India arent stupid, they are more motivated then the Processing analysts we had. |

...given that the employer match on my 401(k) contribution deducted from my January 15, 2006 paycheck was processed incorrectly, I strongly disagree with your assessment of the quality of Indian labor.
By the way, I didn't say they were stupid, I just said the quality of their labor is terrible. You get what you pay for.
