In Reply To: and those were the people, at the time, who were probably keeping the scores where they were (I was one of them). Remember this was done before all the changes were announced, all the sh*tty pay raises were given, and AE really started to kick in. I remember a time when we thought 70% was horrible! For a company who claims that they want to be "number 1 in the people business" they cannot even do that in their own house. What would the clients say if they knew that we had such horrendous scores when we are their trying to sell them on how we can make their workplace a better place? It is an absolute joke that the scores are this low, and I cannot stop laughing, knowing that the leadership that is still there are so incompetent that they will not be able to make things better.
Message: Consider this. If future Clients and existing stock analysts(the ones that recommend ha as a buy/sell/hold) get word of such a low engagement at HA... Future clients are more reluctant to commit to contracts which effect our revenue pipeline and thus reduces the rate of revenue growth. Fewer clients and lack of revenue growth could equal sideways or even worse negative movement in the price of ha stock. REvenue and growth is a main component in value of the stk. For analysts, engagement could be an 'x' factor for upgrading or downgrading the stk. These analysts could ultimately see that Low engagement scores could hurt HA from generating future growth via new contracts and thus directly effect revenue growth. Again, revenue and growth are main factors in value of the stock. Just my .02 worth.
