and those were the people, at the time, who were probably keeping the scores where they were (I was one of them). Remember this was done before all the changes were announced, all the sh*tty pay raises were given, and AE really started to kick in. I remember a time when we thought 70% was horrible! For a company who claims that they want to be "number 1 in the people business" they cannot even do that in their own house. What would the clients say if they knew that we had such horrendous scores when we are their trying to sell them on how we can make their workplace a better place? It is an absolute joke that the scores are this low, and I cannot stop laughing, knowing that the leadership that is still there are so incompetent that they will not be able to make things better.
