The point is we shouldn't have to give it back. They should do the work we give them.
Now my question is, and this is a serious question: if our US knowledge base leaves the firm via attrition/layoffs and the Gurgaon workforce doesn't know our business, how will the firm survive in the years ahead? Seriously, I'd like to know. |

Now having said that...SEND IT BACK!!!
Make them responsible for their work. If my son does a lousy job cutting the grass, I send him back out to do it again. That is how he learns, not by me taking the lawn mower and doing it for him.
(Unlike the way I load the dishwasher wrong on purpose so my wife will stop asking me to do it.)
