I'm a CSPM on my way out who has been putting in over 65 hours per week for the last year. I was registered for the time management class when they offered it, but had to cancel because I didn't have TIME to attend. I'm on the phones several hours each day and putting out client fires the rest of the day. I am answering emails at night when I go home and doing project work on the weekends because the associates on my team aren't willing to work anymore OT. I feel like I'm running as fast as I can in quicksand. I can't take it anymore. If someone I work with wants to say I have a time management problem, fine. I don't even have the energy to care. I am all used up. I'm giving my notice this week. This ship can sink without me. |
