The point is we shouldn't have to give it back. They should do the work we give them.
Now my question is, and this is a serious question: if our US knowledge base leaves the firm via attrition/layoffs and the Gurgaon workforce doesn't know our business, how will the firm survive in the years ahead? Seriously, I'd like to know.
