Your answer to working 55 hours is that it is the associate's fault? Wow, you should work in HR with a statement like that. Have you seen what managers at all levels are being dealt as far as resources lately? It is absolutely criminal. We are working at staffing and industry knowledge levels that are unsustainably low. Anyone who doesn't see this as a short-term prep for selling the company is BLIND. |

Hewitt's current staffing and industry knowledge, like our employee compensation policy, is "in-line" with the overall HRO industry......which means the firm's knowledge and staffing levels have dropped significantly to match our competitors. In effect, we have lowered our standards since our competition has "lowered the bar" along with their fees.
We are most definitely being prepped for a sale. Dale & Co are just stalling for time, just waiting for the appropriate moment to flee this sinking ship.
