55 hours is excessive. There are other things in life other than being a CSPM. Sounds like a time management issue. |

Your answer to working 55 hours is that it is the associate's fault? Wow, you should work in HR with a statement like that. Have you seen what managers at all levels are being dealt as far as resources lately? It is absolutely criminal. We are working at staffing and industry knowledge levels that are unsustainably low. Anyone who doesn't see this as a short-term prep for selling the company is BLIND.
