In the short time I've been at this company (and I do mean a very short time) I've been absolutely appalled at the gross incompetence of leadership. Taking into consideration the outstanding number of strategic blunders our firm has embarked upon, and leadership's unwillingness to cut both theirs and the firm's losses, I wonder sometimes how we can even manage to show a profit.
Example: whatever that crap e-business was that they tried to start a couple of years back just as the tech bubble was bursting. Anyone remember what that thing was called?
... way to go Bryan/Dale and friends. Jump onto the "next best thing" at least 5 years too late and let's see what happens.

If you are that appalled, leave. If you haven't been here that long, you haven't invested that much in it.
If you had done any research into the company, you'd have known about the e-business before you got here.
And we've managed to show quite a bit of profit relative to the competition. Show me a firm in this industry that has shown more and had this kind of growth.
