So, anyone hear what the most recent engagement scores were? I know they were not presented in the last infoshares because "they were not ready yet." Just curious if they've gotten around to releasing them yet. |

The scores are so bad that leadership is holding back on releasing or even acknowledging they exist. It's like a dirty secret that managers aren't even supposed to ask about.
Rumor has it that Orlando's numbers were around 25% for the most recent quarter. If so, it explains the rampant CSA and manager attrition.
