I'm a 7 year associate that worked on an implementation, where we made it a priority to ensure that GGN would be successful. We gave them easy, slam-dunk work and then praised the hell out of them.
Now they brag to clients that they did the majority of the implementation, when in reality they did little more than connect the dots.
Also, GGN was never made aware of all the quality issues that we faced as a result of some of their work. As far as they're concerned, they have 100% quality.
As soon as more SA's and LSA's are over in GGN, quality will take a serious nose dive. There will be no more strong SA's and LSA's to draw from in the US to bail out certain clients and HA will lose some significant accounts. Mark my words.

I am sure the murder rate is just as high in the USA, but at least there companies aren't dragged into the mess!
PS I hope I am using this tragic story of a murder to make a valid comment rather than 'score a point'. I feel bad for her friends and family.
