In Reply To: I'm thinking about turning points in life. What is keeping you at Hewitt right now? I left after 5 years and the last 2 were full of misery as the message board continually talks about. I stayed because of personal inertia and fear of the unknown. I also wanted the match at the end of the year. Now that I am gone, I see that neither of these was a first-class reason to stay. I am wondering... what do you tell yourself to continue to work in the hell of Hewitt life from day to day?
Message: Personally I'm pulling every string I can to get out of dodge. I've submitted ~30 resumes in the last two weeks. One good point to all the layoffs and the "Brain Drain" that we're experiencing as experienced associates leave is that my Hewitt network is now serving me outside the company as I try to get into companies that former co-workers are now employed with.
