New year - old problem.
not enough customer svc associates so they are conscripting plan managers to answer phones. Don't dare refuse since that will affect my performance assessment negatively. Too bad my dept needs can't be met without me and first of the year is critical to us too.
As usual bit off more than they can chew - poor planning means everyone suffers.
