I have an interview with Hewitt coming up and I've been reading these boards. What is AI? Is it some sort of bonus? Does everyone receive this and is it the same or different for everyone?

AI is Annual Incentive, or bonus. Your AI will typically depend on your level and will vary from 10% to 20% of your salary.
This year's bonus pool was only funded at 26%, so if your target was 20% of your salary and your performance was 90% (not many people received 100%, let alone more), your bonus would have been an additional 4.7% of salary. Hardly the 20% you may have anticipated being eligible for.
Evaluate this level of any compensation offer carefully.
