I was told I "exceeded expecations" but they could only give me a 3% raise. I thought that was poor since a co-worker recently went to a Hewitt competitor and received a 26% increase over Hewitt doing the same job. Hewitt countered his offer with a crappy 2% counter-offer. Why is it, everytime I hear "Hewitt Associates" I hear a toilet flushing. |

You can hear the toilet flushing over the sound of the iceberg scraping and grinding and tearing against the hull?
Anyway, it is all drowning out the voices in the engine room.
