I know some people who got good reviews and got < 3% raises. There really is no reason to go above and beyond here... |

I was told I "exceeded expecations" but they could only give me a 3% raise. I thought that was poor since a co-worker recently went to a Hewitt competitor and received a 26% increase over Hewitt doing the same job. Hewitt countered his offer with a crappy 2% counter-offer. Why is it, everytime I hear "Hewitt Associates" I hear a toilet flushing.
