Hewitt has made cost reduction a bigger priority than quality. Look at all the time the LSA's and SA's spend on rework to clean up inaccurate code from GGN. Look at the clients we have lost or pissed off over the past 2 years since using GGN. Upper management doesn't want to be told it's not working. They don't see what's happenening on client teams. More work to GGN = more rework in US. Don't tell me that's cost effective. |

This is dead-on accurate in a nutshell!!!
Somehow the Hewbots think this "strategy" will allow Hewitt to maintain it's dominance in the HRO market.
Kind of like contracting the AIDS virus as a strategy to get healthier.
