Sure is a big downer reading all the posts lately. Anything going right at Hewitt? I'm trying to decide whether to stay or go. How about something on the postive side? Or is there a bright-side looking ahead? See any leadership that's going to pull us out of these times? |

Ultimately, it's up to you to make the decision to stay or go. Your decision should be based on the opportunity you see or don't see for yourself. There are certainly some valid feelings being vented on this board, but I would not make any decisions based on these posts. A lot of what has held the earnings back is the immaturity of all of these new HRO/BPO contracts, and we should be hitting a point soon that should make it evident if we can make money in this area. If things look positive there, then given the market share we are gaining, you just may see a big turnaround. That being said, there are huge pressures within the company now and our largest assets (our people) have suffered. It remains to be seen if this company can turn things around in light of this fact. Regardless of what is being posted here, Hewitt is putting effort toward differentiating its strongest employees and if you are a good performer, you may actually be able to gain faster in times like this.
