For those of you really worried about everything moving to India, there are limits.

There are other places on the planet where there are cheap workers, but even in a nation closing in on a billion people, there are a finite number of people qualified to work for us. |

Attrition is high too. Seems like the folks in Gurgaon have cought on the HRO is sh**t work even if it pays 5000 dollars a year.
With a year or so of HA experience they can find a more mentally challenging work in another outsourcing sweatshop.
