I wanted to get advice to what med schools I should apply to if I were interested in Primary care with peds. Should I apply to many schools if money is not a concern or just a few? How many is too many? And how easy is it to get in another state school?

As always, it depends. But med school application is a crapshoot in terms of who is accepted where unless you have strong backing by some well known faculty, who can then sway the process more towards your favor. Scores and grades matter most in terms of who will look at you...from there each school rates different parts of your application differently. Your area of interest won't sway acceptance too much...but do talk about it and with passion and experiences that will personalize who you are and why you want to be a doc. Good luck!
