I am interested in the investment planning and research areas of the law. I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience practicing in them.
I was particularly interested in work hours, billing hours, work sched., exposure to clients as an associate, prospects for self employment, and the best preparation for these types of fields.
Is it true that life is easier as an estate attorney as opposed to a litigator? is this true of any transactional lawyer?
any advice for this thinker?
