I am also looking for some jobs in public health or health policy areas and have been having a very difficult time even beginning to find these jobs. If anyone has any help as to where I can look, please let me know. Also, I have tried to find information out about state departments of health, but they don't seem to have much information for jobs available to candidates without advanced degrees. I am a college senior and would like to go to graduate school in public health, but I'd first like to take a year or two to work in a health-related field. Thanks in advance. |

Have you considered the area of "nutrition and health"?
I am a former public administrator with Florida's DHRS. I didn't recogognize the relationship until leaving public service, now I realize most disease, links to life style and what we choose to eat.
