You may also try the various thinktank organizations like Brookings or Rand. All them should have healthcare divisions.
Washington DC should have numerous special interests groups representing different healthcare industries and orgs: hospitals, pharm, biotech, AARP, ethic groups without healthcare.
Lewin is a fine company with strong representation at Wharton.
