I hear there is a difference in the amount of money made between x-ray and sono. What is your opinion on this and how does one get into the MRI Biz!? Also, what part of the country do you live? I am a new yorker in my mid 40's looking for a career in the health field. I do not have much money or the time to afford legnthy training and thought that sono tech would be a good way to go.

I live in Westchester County, NY. I don't know the requirements for sonographers.
The good thing about sono is that you can work multiple jobs for extra money.
It may be a good way to get into the health field.
