Healthcare Providers-If you are a participating provider with DCN,terminate your agreement ASAP.Deal directly with the major benefit health plan. Have poor medical utilization management and referral process. On hold for hours and no one returns calls.
New Providers-do not join the IPA network. Will give many problems in the future.
Job Seekers-a short-term industry. CEO asks employees to work OT after hours and on weekends without pay. Not a good place to work. Pay scale is much lower. CEO handpicks all employees.
