I thought I was the only one who felt this way about clinical Medicine. I just finished a Prelim. year of internal medicine and I could not see myself becomeing a mule like the other primary care docs. and or spend another 2-3 years in a fellowship. Anyway - Im looking for a way to change health care. My biggest contention is that prevention is the key especially in underserved areas - where these people dont have a clue.

It sure is a good feeling to know that you're not alone with your career aspirations, isn't it?
From what you write, sounds like a MPH is a better choice than an MBA...
