What happened to compassion? |

I have recently become aware of the lack of compassion in the work place for those we serve. We meaning nurses, aides, receptionists,ect. I have been a nurse for over fifteen years and have always strove to put the needs of my pts. and their families before my own. I don't care how busy we are we HAVE TO PUT THE NEEDS OF PTS. AND FAMILY FIRST.
I can't go into complete detail of the situation, but suffice it to say I will think twice before utilizing a certain health care organization's service.
If those who read this are confused, don't be. It is all common sence, "Treat those you treat the way you would want your family to be treated."
PLEASE BRING COMPASSION BACK!!!!!!!
