job while in grad school |

I am looking for a job where I can use my counseling skills, but since I am still in grad school I am not licensed yet. TX requires a license or intern-license to do any real counseling. Any suggestions for jobs where I can work with people (especially children and/or families) in which I do not need my license? I have been looking into non-profits, but no luck so far.
