This is very disurbing. Deleting posts that you don't like about a certain "practice area" that's the open wound of the firm. I agree with "Arthur Prysock" -- censoring won't change anyone's mind nor stop the company from talking about it.
Time to deal with the individual in question. Otherwise, Berlin will be the start of even more discord and rancor.
Don't erase valid opinions that don't sync with the corporate POV. It's bad form..especially for an HR consulting firm that allegedly is about "people management". |

No excuses for it mate. Erasing didn't work for Richard Nixon any more than it will for Hay. Of course the analogy is absurd but so is Hay management for deleting posts about a weak and insipid practice lead.
Shame on all of us who condone this piss poor behavior!!
See you at the BS fest in Berlin. I can hardly wait for the tepid performance from the man in question.
