This is very disurbing. Deleting posts that you don't like about a certain "practice area" that's the open wound of the firm. I agree with "Arthur Prysock" -- censoring won't change anyone's mind nor stop the company from talking about it.
Time to deal with the individual in question. Otherwise, Berlin will be the start of even more discord and rancor.
Don't erase valid opinions that don't sync with the corporate POV. It's bad form..especially for an HR consulting firm that allegedly is about "people management". |

It's the subject of many watercooler discussions..how did you put it, "circling the wagons" around this weak individual.
I have to agree that all this casts Hay in an extremely poor light and will hardly make the problem go away.
Yes, we're prepared for more empty rhethoric, glad handing and hyberbole in Berlin. A boondoggle for some, a black eye for others.
The whole ICM approach needs to be rethought. And senior leaderrship needs to be purged.
