I'm a consultant in Accenture focused on management consulting(mainly on marketing domain, such as marketing organization design, process re-enginearing, etc.), and this week I get an offer of consultant occupation in Hay Group, whose pay is 50% higher than that I get now in Accenture. The conversations with the directors and partners of Hay were good, but I'm worrying about the career focus in Hay Group, since Hay is quite focused on HR and people matters. Should I take the offer? Reply is highly appreciated!
