How much actually are the comps + bonus, from analysts to director levels?
Wondering how unfair it could be. |

Well to give an idea Equity Capital Markets had a good year and a colleague in that team was telling me that if that was all they get in a good year he's wondering how much it'd be in a bad one. As an analyst it was usually not much, and at associate level it was one quarter the salary pre-tax.
