they're trying hard to maintain the hsbc culture, whilst recruiting a lot of hitters from the named banks into the advisory business in the past 18months
pay is still market average, definitely not top. this goes with bonus too
there's still uncertainty, but many believe in the strategy and that's why people jump to hsbc.
