Oh for gods sake, stop all the childish bullshit chatter, either post something worth reading or move on. May I suggest a few things to discuss:
1) How the NRO Underwriters are getting the shaft (from a source, luckily I am not working there anymore)
2) and a good general Manager bashing is always good reading. May I suggest some of the NRO Female managers? Always a good topic.
Anyway, just a little food for thought. |

It is not just the nro underwriters getting the shaft.
We are as well. We work for a manager who is afraid to stick up for us because he is afraid TM will fire him or put him on a warning. We are told not to cooperate or speak with sale reps as much as we did in the past. What does this mean?
