I have been reading this board forever, and very little factual information comes out. "we" were informed that Napuna is no longer handling the easy cases. They are all coming back for handling. Due to the CRU response, we've had nothing but problems with the processing there. The backlash of lack of communications has hit rock bottom. Changes being processed are at an all time high for error. This should all be very interesting!
