I did see my Lawyer just in case. She happens to do labor law cases. Her advice was to take a wait and see stance. She said I would have to be given clear reasons for things. Her other comment from what she heard was from me. It seemed to be an unsual and unhealthy atmosphere of Management vs Employee. Her advice was that human resources areas if made aware of the atmosphere and given examples have an obligation to do a exploration of the cause or causes.
I told her my girlfriends and I are a bit afraid of going to human resources. Her advice was not to be as long as what I stated to her was correct. |

The review changes were presented to all of us when we had training on the new PM system. Maybe we didn't take away an understanding of the rating changes (I know I didn't) but it's all there in black and white. Just dig out the folder you received in PM training. Reality is, that if you meet all but one objective, you are now a CC - that was the way it was recently explained to me.
