Get your head out of your butt. I happen to have worked for this company for a long time and I too enjoy what I do and who I work with. What I don't enjoy is seeing people like TM and his goons wrecking the place. Yes, there are some things that needed to change, but I don't see Guardian as a great place to work by 2010. LuvYaglic needs to wake up and smell the coffee burning on the stove.. HR is not an option for most people as they have been completely taken over by the TM Goon Squad. Luvya, you obviously don't know alot about what is going on in the company. Either that or you are on the Goon squad. |

Can anyone help me. I have made a terrible mistake by moving into what is now known as GCA. I was happy where I came from. Now all I hear everyday is how much my Teamleader hates her manager and her manager hates her manager in the NRO. Nobody on our team feels good about coming to work any longer. The 32,000 they pay me is not worth it. I have already had to see my doctor one more then one occasion due to the stress level. How can we make a complaint and who do we go to?
