Fight all you won't, it won't change. Sliding by is no longer a meet and you won't get the standard 3.5% raise. Doing your job and then some is now a meet and you will be lucky to see 3%. CCs and Ms will make up most of the reviews. Don't expect an E unless you are doing the work of 3 people.
