I heard there is trouble on India front too. I hear that some upper managment went to India to confront the trouble?

Around 40 programmers (majority outsourced consultants). That's how many people are working on just one troubled Group Portal project (Guardian anywhere). That translates to over a million dollars a month in expenses -- for a project that was supposed to have been finished 2 years ago. After heavy turnover -- with half a dozen proj. mgrs gone, and a looming april deadline, there is still no end in sight. No wonder they're planning to cutting down on group. How can they afford paying the expenses for these IT failures? and we're just talking about this one. How about the other projects?
Now duck for cover because they're about to start the blame game. Oh, boy!
