I agree. Take control of your own future and destiny. Leave the sinking ship, and sail away to a better life and a new company that values its employees. Others at glic are doing it even as we type these lines. You can too. |

That's exactly what I did last year and when I look back and think about all those wasted years I wished I'd left earlier but I wanted to wait until I was 100% vested in my 401K. Today, I work 6-8 hours a day and don't have to work overtime for considerably more pay and my marriage and family life is finally back to where it was 7 years ago which I wanted all along.
