I have been coming home from work every night for the past couple months and crying. I have needed to see a doctor for the stress. In the 8 years I have been at guardian its never been this bad. I will be writing a letter to the president and think others should do the same. I know I am not the only one having these medical problems due to the atmosphere

why? what will it do? why dont you quit? a job cant be worth it. i have the same stress with how they treat me now. i have quietly decided to look for another job outside of gca or the company.
in the last few months i have had it with all the arguements and stabbing of one another. our culture has gone from good to bad to unbearable. i dont know if a letter will do anything for you or us
