In Reply To: If you want, you can send your resume to me and I can see if the GT Long Island office is still looking for associates to start in the fall. soupsmp@yahoo.com If you plan on a career in accounting, a graduate degree is of little significance - in my opinion. I would say that 80% of the Partners I have worked with have nothing more than a 4-year degree. What you learn in the field does not compare to what you learn in college. My CPA is my MBA.
Message: Hello, I was wondering if it would be OK for me as well to forward you my resume. I am interested primarily in Audit/IT Audit Practices at GT in the NYC office for Fall 06. You mentioned on some of your earlier posts that you are based in the Long Island office, and I would like to know if you would be able to help me explore opportunities at GT. I have an undergrad degree in MIS and I am currently finishing up my Masters in Acct. Thanks for any help!!
