Would you mind giving a brief synopsis of the interview process for PWM?

I went through three rounds of interviews.
First on-campus interview was 1/2 hour with an FA and someone from HR. Very basic "tell us about yourself" behavioral type interview.
Second interview was about 3-4 hours long. 6 different interviewers, one on one. 2 FAs, 3 IPs, 1 CA. More behavioral, several asked general economic questions. Have to know what's going on in the economy, general idea of how equities have been doing. Be ready to talk about 2 stocks to buy. See if you can't find a stock that a Goldman analyst backs up.
3rd round, again around 3-3 1/2 hours. Met with 1 FA and 4 IPs. Lots of behavioral questions. Also: "What do you think an FA does?" "Why are you interested in this position?" Only one economics question and one "sell me a stock" question.
Overall, I met almost half of the office it seems. They want someone with good grades, excellent soft-skills, excellent communicator, and a willingness to do work not becoming someone of his skills.
That said, I've been doing my best researching the industry. Not a lot of information out on it. Starting to get a decent handle on it. Let me know if you want to know anything else.
