What was your role before the front office offer at GE? Also, how long did it take for you to get this opportunity? I'm currently in an ops role at GE commercial finance. Soon I will complete grad school. So I'm looking to make the next step in terms of my career. I'm trying to decide whether or not to seek a capital markets position or join one of the leadership programs. Any input would help.
