Hey Guys,
I am seeking some inspiration here.
i have just been offered to roles (i) Fixed Inc Front Office @ GE in NY (ii) Fixed Income OPs role @ GS.
A lot of ppl seem to be leaving Goldman for lack of work life balance and my research shows that moving from ops to front office is like getting Victoria Beckham to eat some food...virtually impossible.
What do you think is my best option?
