I have seen plenty of posts on more specific topics. I am just curious if anyone has a feel for the overall culture at GS. Diversity, Pay, career advancement, etc. I have heard plenty of stories that they work you to death there. Is this true? Do they at least recognize the hard work? Bonuses??
