I had a very similar experience as FreeCashFool. My first round intervju was very much "fit" questions and "Why Goldman". It was a good cop/bad cop thing where one interviewer was totally excited about everything you said and one was tracking down on your resume making sure you could defend everything you had put one there. I have now got the call for the second round so if FreeCashFool or anyone else out there has some advice for me it would be great.
